Bad, Bad, Bad

I will never by another Kingston product

small

pathetic, crashed frequently, randomly recognized by computer. Finally died and could not be reformatted

Crashed really fast

cheap, and small

small footprint, randomly loads or doesn't ; crashes frequently, one of the drives wouldn't even reformat ; Purchased 6 of these and quickly returned them, then purchased the san disk cruzers which were much better

Slow

Wish I just bought the Patriot Xporter first instead of wasting my time and money on this drive. Ended up giving it to a friend.

Small

Slow: 19mb/s Read 6mb/s Write

USB connector is a pain

i think i made a mistake buy buying this one (not from newegg), but i needed one urgently..

Small size, large capacity

the male usb is unreliable and inconvenient. u don't know which way to insert it, it has no protection like usual usb equipment. It works on my laptop (1 of 3 slots) and is not detected on any of the 6 slots on my desktop

Odds?

We ordered 5 of these for work and within two weeks, 3 of the 5 had died. Most were exhibiting the above mentioned issue with "hit or miss" connections in USB ports. After two weeks of use, 3 of the units stopped working all together showing up as zero...

Small footprint

Partial form USB connector is problematic in many ports ; Unreliable data retention ; Overall reliability questionable

Connector Problems

Only makes proper contact in 2/3 of the USB ports. Must push down on unit to make contact because it is not a full standard connector.

Small

No Lanyard ; Half of a standard USB connector

Piece of junk

I had formated it as ntfs for booting PE but, if it is not even seen at boot time then it is useless as a bootable utility disk. I'm going to format it as FAT to see if it helps the speed.

Small footprint

Had to insert it several times before my desktop PC would even recognize something was there. My laptop never did see it. Extremely slow. There is a reeason why the speed was never mentioned in the description ; Don't buy this drive

small!

It's very small and big. Kingston USB traveler didn't come with tip cover before. But this one does! So I don't have to worry about breaking into two pieces again

I don't understand why it doesn't come with wire or chain that hooks into your key chain while it has hole to put it
