POOR DESIGN, TOO HEAVY, TANK TOO SMALL, CORD TOO SHORT

DO NOT BUY THIS UNLESS YOU WANT TO HASSLE WITH RETURNING IT. 1. POOR DESIGN - TOO HEAVY 2. DOES NOT CLEAN EFFECTIVELY - BOTTOM OF PAD ONLY SHOWS DIRT WHERE PLASTIC FRAME TOUCHES IT 3. TANK TOO SMALL, CORD TOO SHORT

No problems...great product

I wish I would have had this mop two years ago when I had a household full of hardware floors. I am impressed that this can be used on the carpet. The mop comes with two reusable mop pads. There is also lightly scented water to use. I don't care for...

My wife loves it

What more can I say than my wife loves it. It is a economical way to clean the floors with out buying lots of pads. Just put the used pad in the wash and go again.

Comparison

I picked up this steam mop after trying the BISSELL Steam Mop Select, Titanium, 94E9T, so it is only right that I compare the two. I used both steam mops for basic cleaning of ceramic and travertine tile floors. Overall, the devices are sturdy, well...

DO NOT BUY

The base of the mop pulls like suction when in use. I would recommend a map where the mop pad fully encompasses the bottom.

Good Quality and Easy to Use

I like this steam mop a lot. In fact, I prefer it to the Eureka Enviro Hard-Surface Floor Steamer,313A that I also own. Both mops clean well, but this Bissell has numerous convenient features that the Eureka lacks. First things first. Floor steamers...

2 of them died within a couple of moths

My mother got this for me as a present and got one for herself as well. After maybe 10-20 uses (at the most)over say 6 months, (while steam mopping) the unit bumped against some furniture and immediately stopped working. After considering whether to...

Leaks But Has Good Coverage

Our first steam mop was the Eureka Enviro Hard-Surface Floor Steamer,313A. The Eureka steam mop does a decent job, but since you have to pour the water directly into the base, you can't see the water level. Additionally, the water spout is so narrow...

Don't bother

I wasn't hoping for a miracle with this steam moo but I was hoping to use it on the ENTIRE tile floor. While moping open areas this thing isn't that bad. Relatively clean, but heavy and a pain to maneuver considering how small it is. The corners get...

Not better the second time around

I loved my Bissell Steam mop the first time I bought it. It lasted about two years before eventually giving up. So I thought I'd just buy another one. I wish I wish I wish I hadn't. Within hours of use it leaked everywhere - and I mean it would have...

Okay Steam Mop

I bought this and it works great on the floor but when it comes to the edges of the floor by the wall/base boards not so much. The Bissell name is what sold me and it's not a bad mop but I will have to continue to wipe around the base boards by hand.
