Good boat anchor

Very difficult to even use the 'pet hair eraser attachment'--cannot get it detached very easily from the vacuum; stairways are very awkward; vacuum heavy; No matter how clean the filters are kept, it is a very dusty dirty vacuum and it has a great time...

There is nothing good to say about this

If it stays in 1 place on carpet for any length of time while using the hose attachment (for furniture) it actually damages the carpet like a burn; if you move the vacuum while using the attachment, hair poofs out of the place where the hose attached

do NOT buy

a family member bought this for the "pet hair remover" which was a dinky piece of plastic that you have to attach to a hose and scrub carpets by hand with if you have a hairy pet, which we do, the hose broke after one use and it the vacuum itself...

there are no pros to list
