It does what it is intended for. It is easy to fill with the carpet shampoo and doesnt soak the carpet. For bad stains would recommend spraying with a stronger solution

The cleaner has been used on high traffic areas and very dirty areas and has performed well

Not very easy to fill and seems to run out of water fast, also the cleaning liquid is quite expensive
