This product did not even last 6 months in our house

It only lasted 6 months our other vacums were only a 1/3 the price and lasted longer than 6 months, usually 2-3 years, it is sad it was supposed to be good for homes with pets and it could last longer than 6 months. i will never buy a ... Expand full...

I liked it when it worked, it would lift the hair out of the floor and was self propelled

plugged up often almost every time we vacumed, we constantly had to tear it apart to clean and it wasn't easy. It finally quit sucking and I started using a vacum I got at a garage sale for $10 that works much better. We should have stuck with Sears

Although this vacuum performs well thus far (I bought it in November), I don't like the way the cord is positioned on the side instead of in the back, so you have to hold it in your right hand or else risk running it over. The clean up feature is...

This vacuum really picks up the dirt and hair, which is why I bought it

I hate the way you have to empty the filter - you end up getting all the dirt and hair you just picked up all over the floor again when you try to empty the canister. I have had bagless vacuums before - this is by far the worst I have seen

Overall, The Best Vacuum I've Tried So Far

I bought this vacuum refurbished & I didn't get the pet hair attachment that is on the front of the machine. I've had my vacuum for over 2 years. I am a housecleaner by trade, so I get to use a lot of other people's vacuums & I find my Bissell Lift-Off...

This Bissell Lift-Off Vacuum Cleaner is my fave!

I am very impressed with this vacuum cleaner...very easy to use, lightweight, really cleans up ALL the dirt and pet hair in my carpeting as well as my bare floors. So easy to lift off the portable unit for cleaning my steps and it does an awesome job!
