the lift off design for stairs etc is very useful.

the heating light dosnt really tell you anything

Easy to use, really love that you can take tank off to clean Stairs

Easy to use. Carpets not soaking wet and dried quickly.

You have to keep an eye on the water level as there is nothing to indicate when it has run out.

I'd recently cleaned our capets with a vax which left the carpets wet . This machine drew out more dirt than expected and left the carpets clean and nearly dry.

the machine is quite bulky and won't go under radiators or close up to edges of the room ! otherwise no other complaints upto now.
