Steamer is very easy to use. Works very well as long as user is patient. I cleaned VERY dirty, white grout and this cleaner made it look new! Scrubbing brushes will wear out so be sure to have extras on hand if yu re doing a tough job like cleaning grout.

I bought this steam cleaner to clean the grout on myKitchen floor. It works pretty good. The steam nozzle has melted a bit but that was my own fault and not the machines. Overall I am pleased with this purchase .
