Easy to use. Didnt find it too heavy to manouvre. Hand tool worked well in awkward areas.The carpets were a lot drier than i expected( unlike previous carpet cleaners used).You could see a big difference in the colour of the carpets when they had dried

Water tank could be a bit bigger and it is awkward to clean
