Bissell 9200 Upright Vacuum

Owned this shampooer for 18 months or so and only used maybe 10 times now the pump must be out. It will not spray from either the floor cleaner or the handheld. Nothing seems to be made to last anymore. Very disappointing that only lasted long enough that the warranty won't cover defects!
