It is quite a heavy machine, for a 5ft tall housewife like me, it was very hard work pushing and pulling the lever to release the solution onto the carpet

Water and fluid in seperate tanks, no mixing. Good range of tools, manual tool really shifts the dirt. Simple controls. Machine easy to move about on a flat surface

Tools can get knocked off the machine. Hose not quite long enough for a standard set of stairs. It's a bit heavy to get upstairs
