Love this steam mop.

Lighweight and easy to use. Steam works great for loosening up dirt in grout lines making those easy to wipe up. I would not use it again on wood floors, even if they are sealed, as it makes them a little cloudy.

I really wish I could get my money back.It's NOT really that easy to stream the floor. the stream take's a long time to come out and it leave the floor looking NOT that good..and it's very heavy to move around .please save your money.

I paid a great price for this compared to other sites and for what I paid this is a great tool. I have a rental house and it manages to make the floors look nice and clean compared to a regular mop and cuts the cleaning time in half.
