USUALLY I DON,T HAVE A COMPLAINT ABOUT HSN..BUT NOT ONLY WAS MY FILTER DAMAGED WHEN I RECEIVED IT..I ALSO GOT CHARGED FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLEING ON RETURNED DAMAGED GOODS..SOMETHING WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE.

I returned this the day after I got it because it was in thousands of little pieces, like grains of sand. I know this is unusual, so I sent it back for a replacement...still waiting.
