I found it did what it says. It cleaned years of gunk off of knooks and corners of areas around my house. I enjoyed using it, found it relatively easy to use, and look forward to doing more cleaning withit.

Unbelievable!!! I love it! I had a huge problem to tackle in my kitchen with dirt and grime stuck in the grout. The Steam Shot made it look like new again!! Even my husband was happy!!! Highly recommend.

Love this item and it is wonderful

I love this steamer. It is so easy to use. I used it to clean under the burners of my stove and everything wiped right up. I also used it to clean all the baseboards around the house, what a breeze! It also works great for cleaning blinds.

Item is cheaply made. Good on counter tops, stove, and refridgerator.

It does what it says....it does make steam. But it really doesn't clean anything. It isn't worth the effort, it makes surfaces wet and warm, but doesn't clean.

I expected this item to do exactly what I saw the host & subject matter expert said it would but it didn't. I'll go the expensive route for sure.

Have had this a few days and used it around my kitchen. I had to do more scrubbing than if I was using cleanser and a scrub brush. Keep telling myself it will bet better. If not it goes back with the one I purchased to a gift.
