Does a great job

I couldn't be happier with this vacuum. For the money, you won't find anything better that does such a good job. I've read others complaining about the location of the power switch, but really it's a none issue with me. The end result is this thing...

Bagless, does a good job on pet hair, long power cord, long hose, fairly quiet, and great value

The power cord holders could be farther apart so that you are spending less time whinding the cord, but I can get used to it

Not bad

Paid for itself based on the number of bags we would have bought, since we have two hairy dogs and four cats.

Great suction when clean. Bagless. Easy to maintain (which it requires quite a bit of)

We've had ours for almost two years. If you have pets, you'll need to clean the vacuum after each use. The air intake filter, the basket, AND the "tower" in the basket which spins off (debris gets trapped on the upper portion of it). Failure to do this...

This Vacuum Totally Sucks, Literally

I recently hires a company to clean my carpets in my house.

Excellent suction, great design, attractive, easy to use, works on all floors, attachments excellent

Bissell Total Floors Velocity Vacuum

Some of the common features: 15" Wide Path Cleaning; 35' power cord; 14' stretch hose.

Dual-cyclonic technology keeps air filters from clogging up (Bagless design) ; On/Off switch for rotating brush unit (good for carpet/bare floor cleaning) ; Height adjustment for different floor surface

Pre-motor foam filter not sufficient to stop dust particles to get to motor. Kind of heavy - 24 lb. HEPA filter not washable

Total Floors Velocity 3990 Vacuum

This unit uses true Dual Cyclone technology to help remove even the finest particles from the air.

HEPA Filter, Price, Motor, Brushless Option for Bare Floors

Lack of secondary Filter to protect Motor

I thought I was clean

I didn't realize that I lived in such filth until after using this vacuum.

great continuous suction, bagless, long power cord, lightweight yet sturdy, glides effortless, turbo brush attachment great for pet hair, brush bar can be turned off

dust bin needs to be removed outside so that dust doesn't go everywhere. would be great to have a retractable cord

Great vacuum, good value

Being able to turn off the brush roll is a big plus, especially combined with the scattershield feature for bare floors.

This vacuum uses the cyclonic technology originally found on the Dyson vacuums, and offers a lot of value for the money. Suction is great, and it remains constant over time with little maintenance.

It's big and heavy, but ok because it seems to be self propelled. Some may like the foot-operated height adjustment, but I think that a simple knob would work better.
