Very simple to use and does a good cleaning job on our vinyl floor and gives carpets a lift.

Wouldn't steam to start with, may have been an airlock stopping the water from entering the tank even though the blue light was on. Suddenly started to steam and no problems since then.

Love this mop as I have all wooden floors and it cleans them beautifully!! My 9 yr old loves to use it!!!

Very happy with the steam mop, takes all the hard work out of cleaning floors, no more heavy buckets of water to carry about, also very Eco friendly no need for any cleaning agents. I would highly recommend this Black and Decker mop it is very good...

Very light, easy to use, quick to heat up. Variable steam feature allows use over most surfaces.

Prone to fall over when upright. Only comes with one mop head - you really need a spare to allow for washing/drying.

I expected it to clean better! It doesn't lift stubborn dirt on kitchen floors (like trodden in raisins & oil stains) without going over it many times, it's easier to soak it with a conventional mop. Because it is a pad design with no brushes it...
