this is a very good buy.my previous (same model)dustbuster lasted 10 yrs. 12v is a must. hope to have this one as long.

Bought this as a replacement for 9v dustbuster and it's a big improvement. Expect to get a year or so out of vacuum in this price range and that's pretty constant use on tiled and wood flooring. Better than previous model on carpets too. No tools...

This Black & Decker dustbuster was delivered without its tools viz extension nozzle and brush. My emailto the senders ElectroMegaSaver drew no response. I did not persue further as the tools from my defunct dustbuster fitted the new one

Solid performer

 

Replaced a previous model which was let down by failing batteries after years of good service. Fortunately I had kept the tools because this effort only comes with a small brush attachment. Nonetheless, reasonably priced and dispatched promptly.

Powerful suction, easy to use. Battery drives at full power for sufficient time for all normal tasks, and recharges quickly.

Doesn't last

 

I've had three Dustbusters (not all 12v) and each time they have lasted just longer than the end of the guarantee period before losing almost all power. I thought the first might have been a dud, so I got another as I trusted the brand... The same...
