Overall its pretty good for general cleaning of hard surface floors but I wouldn't recommend for heavy duty cleaning. It's also nice if your a "Green" person as there is no chemicals involved other than those in your tap water.

This unit looks great, easy to assemble and use. But it does leave behind a trail of dirt and dust in the middle of the unit. I have called customer services and they advised me to push faster. I am out of breath and it still leaves a trail.

I like the bissell. Easy to put together. It does a fairly decent job of picking up. Even works on my hardwood floors. Easy to empy & clean. It is small and lightweight. Doesn't take up much space, so easy to store.

Be aware that the belt on this Hoover is not user replaceable, and repair is chargeable after end of guarantee period. The belt failed on it's second use. Not encouraging - have asked Amazon to refund. Suggest people avoid this product.

Very powerful, easy to empty and filter system seems good. Only downside the telescopic pipes don't close down enough for storage for me and the is no on board tool storage either[so you have to find somewhere to keep them. Does it's main job perfectly...
