I've only gotten to use it once and very easy to put together, filling, and water comes out slowly, not in a rush. So you may need to go over really darkened areas a few extra times while letting water out both ways. Very lightweight and easy to carry..

This pad does not stick to the steam-mop. The method Black & Decker used to put them together isn't practical. This is my third disappointment with Black & Decker products.

If i had to describe this vacum in one word it would be "horrible". It does not pick up anything as simple as a piece of string,it struggles to even pick that up. I am very dissapointed in this product,that i paid decent money for.

.. that's the main problem! One other issue was it wouldn't start - but then started working after i plugged in an appliance. Now seems to be fine - i'll put it down to running in gremlins. The machine otherwise seems ok so far albeit a tad noisey.

Picks up dust really well although a bit noisy. Light to use and easy to empty. I only wish that the electric cable is connected to the hoover higher up, I wouldn't have to keep a hold of it to keep it out of the way. Only a minor fault.

I purchased this hoover from Comet in Feb this year 2012 I only had it a few months and the suction now is virtually non existent I have changed filters and cleaned it out on a regular basis I certainly would not recommend this item to anyone steer clear.
