I do not think it has lasted very well as a couple of months ago it smelt stronly of burning, nothing caught up in the wheels etc. so have concluded the motor was burning out. Have disposed of it and would not reccommend this to anyone else.

To much faffing about with the water preparation bottles/cristals. The mop was the best available at the timer but there are now better ones on the market now that can be filled from the tap. Do not expect such a great clean from just using steam.
