This was the worst purchase I have made. Do not waste your money!! I have tried every type of pad available for this product but further wasted money just to figure out it was the machine that is the issue

This hose does not expand well like the original hose and tends to pull the vacuum over when trying to stretch the hose out. As a replacement for the original hose its is a tad longer and may be a good option if the price points are close.

only just received this so have no long term history but it does what it says, it cleans the floor. I found that electric mops could not cope with dog hair and bits even after using the vacuum cleaner. Any bits or dog hair left behind gets picked up...

Bought as a spare for upstairs as dyson is too heavy to lug up and down all the time. Not impressed at all. Thought it would be powerful having a 2000w motor but from the start, suction was very poor (although it improves when you unscrew the hose)....

Their spare parts division appears to be totally incompetent and unable to provide me with the correct part for my cleaner which is under two years old. If I could buy the necessary spare parts on-line myself I would not have to deal with these people...

The virtual walls work very well. I really have just two minor complaints. First, I wish they weren't dependent on batteries. I don't know yet how fast they go through batteries, but I would imagine it isn't that quickly. The other is the beam pattern....
