I loved it for the first 7 months except it is very loud. I have 5 dogs and it picked up everything. My carpets were beautiful. But it eventually overheated and now I can't raise or lower it. It still runs but is less efficient.

Good product. It's long enough to fit all the hose that drags on the floor. I've noticed that there are no longer any scuff marks on the wood floor from the vacuum hose. This product is doing a good job of protecting the wood floor.
