It works, it's slim, it was cheap and the wife says she likes it.

WTH? I got a used Steamer?

 

Now the worst part about all this, is I'm going to have to pay for shipping back and request a refund?

None yet...

I just got this yesterday, and it was shipped to me in it's manufactures box, but it had not been taped up, so by the time I got it, it looked like it had been opened and resold! upon inspection of the device, not only was it dirty, but it had water...

Rediculous

 

Now I'm not sure how to return, but I imagine it's a headache. Very disappointed.

None - would have been price. (20)

Was broken when arrived. Doesn't do ANYTHING. A screw was even out. Wouldn't think Newegg would allow this as I have bought tons from them worth thousands and have never had a problem.

Mangled Box/Used

 

VERY DISAPPOINTED! Obviously this was already returned at least once. You would think that someone would inspect the product before they ship the item. I have never had a bad experience with newegg and I have bought A LOT of things from them. Returned.

Absolutely none.

It showed up in a box that looked like it went through a war. The steam pad was dirty and was probably used before. There were scratches all over the front of the mop and the pivot joint by the base had a bunch of soap residue on it.

I bought this steam mop for my wife after her using my moms shark steam mop. It performance just as good if not better than the shark brand one and cost extremely lower because of the shell shocker deal i got. The product was half the price on New Egg...

Made cheap, costs cheap

 

Could not imaging anyone in their right mind paying the "suggested retail price" for this item. Set a price alert for $24.99 and wait. It's a basic steam mop. You get 2 cleaning pads, so you can always have one on the unit. You aren't supposed to...

Very low cost. Got as a shell shocker deal.

Top cord storage loop is very cheap and brittle plastic. I expect to be the first thing that breaks. Not a dealbreaker, though.

Horrible

 

Customer service would have been nice.

Was REALLY cheap when on sale.

Broke after it was too late to return. Doesn't steam anymore, called customer service and they keep hanging up on me. Product taking up space in house....trashed.
