Falls over easily, pipe comes apart when trying to clean stairs. Worst fault is that it has left permanent marks on my Karndean floor which I cannot remove. It has to be emptied after virtually every use. It has now stopped working altogether. Really...

Very powerful suction, quick access to hose and attachments, easy to empty. Long wire with plug.

Loud motor

It is easy to use, and we bought it at a very good price. It does remove cat hairs from the furniture.

The dustbag fills up very quickly, and needs changing a lot.
