I got this for my son's flat and it does a great job. I wasn't sure about it at first as I had only ever used their uprights, but it's fine and takes up little space in his cupboard.

This vacuum cleaner is useless. It hardly picks up anything. The suction is very weak and does not pick up dog hairs at all.
