Love this vacuum

Great item, have 2 small kids so forever have the hoover out but this takes 2 mins, bit heavier than my old dyson but can cope with that.

I always buy Dyson cleaners

I have owned a bagless cleaner for many years; they work well/better and no cost for replacement bags. Besides, there is a sort of satisfaction in seeing muck build up in the perspex container; knowing it is no longer 'gracing the carpet'.

It does what is says onthe label!

Good product - definitely doesn't loose suction. Great for using on stairs. One down point - it doesn't sit neat and pretty like the picture would indicate. The hose is too long to do this - so does look messy in storage state.

Very Pleased

The vacuum cleaner picks up well on our hard floors and the carpeted areas. Easy to empty. The tools are useful. I haven't used the mattress cleaning tool yet but intend to. Seems good value. Looking forward to not buying bags.

Good but not great

This is an excellent product - I love the fact that it is bagless, however, I'm tall and I find that the angle that you have to hold the stem still means I have to bend down a lot. Maybe it is just that it is new and can really suck, but it is harder...
