I spent a week reading everyone elses reviews before I made my choice. I'm pleased to say, it was'nt a bad choice. As other reviews on this product say, I wouldn't buy it especially for cleaning carpets, but it does a good job if you use the hand...

Simple to use, easy to assemble. Reduce warm up time using water from hot tap, and add a splash of dettol for really fresh and clean smelling upholstery and carpets.

We bought this as an aid to stripping wallpaper as we have recently moved and had a whole house to do, however have used it for steaming lined curtains and cleaning our patio. Very good product, durable and lightweight.

Its a good purchase works fine and its good value for money !!

The wallpaper stripper attachment is great. Also very good for cleaning, took years old nicotine stains off UPVC window frames effortlessly where everything else (even neat bleach) had failed.

Not impressed. There are no controls so once the steam starts there is no way to pause/stop it. The steam has no pressure as it has to travel down a long tube so it ends up just wetting what I am washing.
