Bought this as replacement for an older polti which lasted for about 15 years with no trouble. This once is similar but more sophisticated and easy to use. The hose is thinner and more flexible .The steam gun is easier to operate . So far no trouble.

This is a great little cleaner. Easy to use, lots of accessories. Made our stair carpet look like new. Soft furnishings smell fresh after being steam cleaned. Would highly recommend.
