Steam sometimes leaks from the nozzle.

Light weight, lots of tools to complete lots of different cleaning tasks.

Returned to store as leaking too much 'hot' water from handle, no water level so difficult to know when needs filling. Made wooden floors too slippery which was main reason for the purchase.

useful all around the home and car. Very good on grease especially in the kitchen. cleanes windows without streaks. Long steam time of 45 minutes. Not the best on carpets.

as it leaves steam we have to have lot of spare clothes to wipe things dry after steam cleaning.

Great for cleaning floors, much more practical than mopping. Good for tile cleaning but didn't get them as sparkly as I'd have liked. Nice set of accessories.

No cord storage. Could do with a scrubbing brush head with strong bristles

Very light and easy to use.

No indication of how much water is left. The instructions say it is not designed for continuous use, which is fine. But it gives the impression it is out of water when all it needs is a few seconds to get steam up again. This takes a little getting...
