I bought this to replace another make of cordless sweeper which was great but battery life was very poor. I found the Gtech difficult to use on carpet. It works ok on a hard floor but does not feel good to use. I don't think I'd buy a Gtech sweeper...

Recommended by a friend and found to be better than they said. Collects all fluff and dirt on both hard floors and carpet; the side sweeper is particularly useful. And it can be recharged! Just plug in the mains. Would recommend.

I have been really thrilled with this item.I have just downsized my home and have Arthritus quite badly.So to find something lightweight and still collecting a good amount of dust and bits is marvelous .I would give it 10/10
