Hoover DM 5530 DUST Manager Pets&stairs BLUE

very poor hoover, cuts out, clogs and stops working every 5 min . unforunatly as it was a lot of money i have to keep on using it , PLEASE DONT BUY IT ITS A CR_P MACHINE

Not sure if mine is the same model as it only says Dust Manager Cyclonic on it. Had it a couple of years and the wheel has just fallen off. They probably do replacements but it was just the excuse I needed to replace this useless piece of equipment....

This is an all round terrible vacuum. It has a tiny container which requires emptying often (more than once every use). It's almost guaranteed to fall over when using the hose (even with their bodge-it stick-out leg that's supposed to stop this...

Our Hoover was out of warranty by 3 weeks and Hoover were not interested, even though it was a fault with the Hoover. I would never buy another one because of their attitude.

This has only got 1 star because there are no minus stars. It is rubbish. Tools break, it is unstable,it just cannot be called a vacuum cleaner as it fails on both words in the name. Do not buy.
