Used the product once so far. It took a while to figure out but worked as claimed. I would appreciate some indication of what other commercially available shampoos are compatible to alleviate the expense of use.

Pretty good steamvac for the price. However wouldn't say it gets the carpet clean on the first couple of passes but does a good job after several. If you don't want to spend a lot of time steam cleaning your carpets I would recommend a commercial grade...

Heavy brushes need to be longer to dig into the high pile. Everything else is great.

We use the StemVac at our 182 seat restaurant and it does a great job. It also saves us money by doing it ourselves, and alows us to clean more often so we can keep the carpet cleaner. Downside is the plastic parts break to soon.
