Does a very good carpet cleaning job- Long power cord- Machine mixes detergent and water for you- Strong suction extracts much of the water from the carpet (short dry time)- Emptying and refilling tanks is easy

Fairly large and heavy- Lots of plastic in the construction- Cleaning cylinder brush can be a pain

Hoover Platinum Collection Carpet Cleaner

Maxell’s Encore EN-5 offer a rich, full sound for an affordable price, beating out nearly all of the headphones in the test. However, our testers didn’t think they were very comfortable, nor did this pair do a good job staying put during use....

Are you kidding me?

Had a previous Hoover shampooer which was great for a number of years until died this year. Hope this Platinum addition is as good.

Not sure yet

Box came damaged (bottom of box tape looked like it had been cut) with missing screws and attachment bracket for the handle. Had to call Hoover to send replacements

Hoover F8100900

Just can't believe how well it cleans. I didn't even use the pet enzyme stuff and it completely got rid of the smell. When I did use that it was even more impressive... Given all of the Cons I still give it a 5 star considering the functionality it...

I'm comparing this carpet cleaner to the base Hoover Model (hoover-f5914900). I used that model for a few months very heavily. It did a decent job but never completely got rid of the smell of urine... Soooo we got this model and even without the dog...

Everything is plastic and feels like it could break easily. Disappointed in the plastic handle mounts for the heavy water bucket that you pull in and out often. The blue LED light is useless and actually makes it harder to see where the spills are. ...
