Easy to clean wood floors!

I've had my floormate for about 2 years, and it has never failed to properly clean the wood floors. My house is entirely wood floors, and I have 3 dogs who constantly track in dirt, snow, and yard debris. When I first got the floor mate, I cleaned my...

Easy to assemble

Needs to be thoroughly cleaned after each use

Recommended to friends and total strangers. Makes hardwood, tile, etc easier to maintain.

Works Good...but...

I bought the SC 500 after using my sisters older 3000 model thinking this one was better as it is a newer model. I was wrong. The older model seem to vacuum-up the solution better and the brushes were far more aggressive in scrubbing my laminate floor....

Great for Tile Floors

I've had this little gem for about a year now. It keeps my grout looking new! I used a 20% off coupon at Bed Bath & Beyond and got it for a great price. I don't think you can go wrong with the 20% off coupons! The pros - the floor mate does a ...

Great cleaning ability, wide cleaning path, makes scrubbing floors a thing of the past.

Dry suction, cleaning the tank, noise level, loss of suction (but easily restored)

It does what it promises!

We bought the Floor Mate last night and brought it home to our new, but very old and dirty house. After reading several reviews and seeing that the Floor Mate outperformed the other floor cleaners, we thought we'd give it a try. I am pleased to report ...

Definitely cleans the floors and is very lightweight and easy to operate.

Cord unruly. Annoying to rinse containers after every use (but makes sense).

A more love than hate relationship!

I've had two of these machines. The first model didn't scrub, I now have this scrubbing model. With tile and hardwood floors throughout my house, and no carpet, this has been my best choice so far. Most machines gear towards homes with carpet, which...

Cleans floors with fresh water, vacuums debris as it cleans

Wish it had a separate scrubbing head for vigorous scrubbing

Hoover H3030 Upright Wet/Dry Vacuum

I have been very hesitant to purchase the Hoover FloorMate SpinScrub 500 because of the hefty price tag -- $170. $170? This thing is essentially a mop and Hoover wants $170 for it? While I'm all about convenience and ease, I just simply wasn't ...

Does clean pretty well, lightweight, easy to assemble/maintain

Price, cleaning after each use, vacuum doesn't suck, solution tank is small and not heated

Excellent

I've have this for several months and use it on my kitchen's tile floor. Bear in mind, though, that this is not designed nor sold as an industrial-strength scrubber. If you have embedded grout dirt you'll have to look elsewhere to get it out. However,...

Sturdy, well-designed, easy to use, cleans well

Not designed for heavy scrubbing
