Works great

One of the disadvantages of any steam cleaner is constant cleaning, this is no exception you need to spend about 10 minutes cleaning it really well after each use to prevent issues with suction.

This device works great (if you actually handle it with care see cons)

This is made from plastic which is not high impact plastic, if you follow the instructions in the manual and brace the back of the unit firmly with one hand while seating the tanks you will be less likely to break it as others mention

Twice!

First time....scrubbers didn't rotate. I exchanged for another. Second one - the handle wouldn't "click" in...so everytime I pulled it back, it would come out. Sure it cleaned well....but twice a defective product? If 2 of the cleaners weren't...

Broke during first use

The good: It definitely gets out tough carpet stains. It's effective but slow...expect several rounds of emptying dirty water tanks and refilling the clean ones. The bad: Mine broke during first use. Somehow the brushes were jammed, and caused the pin...

Cheap flimsy junk

Broken within 24 hours. The culprit was a cheap plastic valve that broke. Many others had the same problem. Avoid this cheap piece of junk. I returned it and got a refund. I'd advise you to choose another brand.

Leaky piece of junk

I have owned and worn out 3 Hoover Pro V Carpet Cleaners so I am not a rookie here... I bought this cleaner this past week and what a piece of junk it is... it cleaned "ok"... but the biggest draw back is that when you take the clean water tank off,...

Don't Buy - Defective Design

We should have read the reviews before we purchased this. Like so many others, the brushes on ours quit working the very first time we used it. I took it apart and located the problem. There is a plastic spindle connecting the gears to the brushes...

As many of the reviews have pointed out, this machine is CHEAP, and WILL BREAK on you!!

Read the above comments (MANY of them) about the brushes stopping. As mentioned, the six brushes, which provide most of the "max extract" power, are all driven by a 1/8" round cheap plastic rod, and ANY torque applied to the rod will break it. I...

A really nice steam cleaner

I got the product and it was an easy assembly. I then tried it out on the home carpet and the results were excellent. Easy to use and also easy to clean afterword. I would recommend.
