Received a brush however it was not the product described and did not match the hoover steamvac brush block. Returning item.

The brush is easy to replace. If hoover made it like their old vacuums, it wouldn't be made of plastic. I had to replace e my brush about a year (maybe 10 uses). Ze replacement held up over 1.5yrs so far.

We received brush attachement very promptly and were very pleased. The attachment works great and is very simple and easy to install in shampooer. We use our shampooer every day to clean several apts. and recomend this product highly.

The original brush wore away housing that holds center brush in place. This is not the greatest design, but easy to replace.
