Good quality appliance. Hepa filter is quite broad which is good as I think it allows for extra suction. Pet hair works a charm

Powerful cleaner and easily stored. We have three cats and two dogs, so need a very good product to clear the fur/hair from the carpet. It is also great on laminate flooring and furniture too. Altogether it is an excellent machine

If you want an efficient vacum without spending hundreds of pounds this is the product for you. If you have a pet the Alyx has a special tool to remove pet hairs for furniture. Good quality product and very reasonably priced

I would not say these are bad points but make sure that you empty \& clean the filter on a regular basis so it remains efficient
