Frustrating not worth the money

I bought this to replace my old vac and to be honest I wish I hadn't. The first week was fine but after that the performance really dropped off. There are no tools with this Hoover, no crevise tool or brush tool for cobwebs. The filter blocks all the...

no suction, cord length is short, no tools

Not great

I specifically chose this model for two reasons, the pet hair attachment, because I have two white long haired cats, and the 2300 watt power, it was one of the highest in the store. Firstly the pet hair attachment had me almost in tears the first time...

ease of emptying

useless pet hair attachment, pretty low suction for a 2300 watt

Good value for money

Filter easy to clean, good suction and gets up pet hairs a treat. Power lead could be longer and the tub has a tendandy to tangle but otherwise a good buy.

Excellent product.

This vacuum cleaner is excellent. It has a very powerful suction, a good variety of tools & a long lead. I bought it at a vastly reduced price in the Comet sale.

Hoover updates classic canister design

Having owned a little Hoover Spirit bag canister vacuum cleaner for the last 20 years, I felt pretty confident about ordering a new Hoover bagless cleaner without a demonstration from a doorstep salesperson.

This is without a doubt the worst vacuum cleaner i have ever used. Tools are ineffective and clumsy. Filters have to be constantly cleaned out and washed every time its used or the loss of suction is almost total. Its 2300w motor seems to waist most of...
