Don't even think of buting this heap of junk! Never in my life have i owned something as useless and disappointing as this hoover. Wheels fell off 3 times and that was just in the first 2 months! Hoover will send someone out to fix it but as guarantee...

Even after having the original motor replaced it still cuts out from over heating all the time, hoover say : wash out the filters (which take ages to dry) but it still cuts out and here's the dangerous bit: when it cuts out you cannot switch it off on...

Hoover refuse to refund our money or replace it (we don't want another one anyway). Our experience is identical almost to the other reviewer. How hoover can manufacture such a shoddy bit of equipment surprises me, but not to acknowledge it and refuse...
