additional tools do not fit onto the unit for storage, hose not long enough to do whole staircase in one go, extending pipe is quite short even when fully extended, OK for me (I'm 5'2" tall) but no good if you are taller, brush tends to get stuck onto...

The hose handle is quite short so if you are tall you will struggle to use it for any length of time!

Hose and extendable handle quite short. Had to find an extension piece. Luckily had one from an old vacuum. Would be a good idea to include a standard extension tube as well as the extendable one.

Engine and main body are strong and of good quality. Filter is easy to clean, dust container easy to empty and clean.

Adjustable Hard Floor/Carpet Floor Nozzle and Telescopic extension tube broke in less than three months of normal family use. This is unaccettable, going back I do not think I'd buy it again!!

Lightweight to transport,compact size, has a powerful suction. Bagless and very easy to empty, overall a great hoover for a reasonable price.
