would not buy this products

I purchased the machine because some consumers reveiws said it was like the Dyson- as good or better. But cost wise a better deal I am arthritic and I can honestly tell you I am in pain by the tiime I have finished using it. It is heavy . The cord ......

it has a great motor- it is powerful

the cord is in the wrong place- have to bend constantly to get it out of the way or it will get ran over ; VERY hard for arthritic people to use ; had to replace the beater bar as the machine has alot of plastic internal parts

Buyer Beware

Worked well, when it worked.

Hoover has no parts to fix this unit, because it's too "new"

Give up after one year of kicking butt

Give up after one year of kicking butt

I have owned this just a year and it's begun turning off on its own. The curved U-turn hose is screwed in a plastic flimsy thing which jams up, and then it seems the vacuum overheats. I have no carpet in my home, which is all hard wood, and one 9x12...

Good for an apartment, not good for stairs or animals

You get for what you pay for, I guess. I kinda wish that the suction would pick up more cat fur, but the bagless part itself fills up so quickly, if you vacuum like I do, about once a week or so then be prepared to empty the canister in the middle of...

This vucuum sucks, and not the way a vacuum should suck

This vacuum cleaner is garbage, and cost about ten times what it's worth. We had three of them for about a half a year. Why three? Because we were able to exchange it twice, after it they broke down within the first 90 days. It looks nice, and has a...

Don't Waste Your Money

We purchased this vac last summer. It quit working after a week. We took it to a local repair shop and they ordered parts for it but it still would not work correctly. The repair shop did not charge me but they said the sweeper model was junk and that...

While I believe this vacuum does do a good job picking up dirt and cleaning my carpet I have a few complaints and would recommend this vacuum to others with reservation: 1. not a big deal, but, the on/off button is too close to the handle and I often...

Good buy

Could suck the fibers from the carpet. Robust and sturdy. Lots of tools, although I think that's just standard with these types of vacuums

A wee bit heavy, but who cares

Do Not purchase - stops working after about a year

When we were in the market for a new vacuum, I did a lot of research and this seemed to be the best buy for what we needed. I was very pleased at first except that it's very heavy. However after about 10-12 months it would simply stop working or...

Good while it lasted...

I did like this vacuum when we first bought it. The cord wind-up is a very nice feature. I also liked that the tubing is clear so we can keep an eye out for clogs. All of the attachements were very nice as well. However, after about 6 months of use...
