We just replaced this vac,which we've had for about 5 years now,with another Kirby (we already have one-it'a big house).The Hoover has been nothing but problems from day one.It's heavy,noisy,doesn't have enough height adjustments,eats belts,attachments...

This vaccuum has had issues since week 3. If you don't change the belts monthly, it won't work at all. If anyone has a better vac for dog/cat hair let me know.
