Heavy, poor performer, overpriced.

I've been using this machine for about 3 years. I am a dog owner (just one). It was a gift from my brother. I'd gladly pay double for something bag-less AND filter-less. Or something with amazing suction. Or something simply light. These are the...

Bagless, Hose extension

Worst piece of...equipment... I've ever owned

The belt is the weak spot here. It's undersized for the task. When vacuuming it sucks itself tightly to the carpet causing the beater brush to stall, subsequently burning through the belt. I go through at least two belts when I vacuum the house. I have...

Two Flaws Immediately, No Help From Hoover

Dirt cup not large enough for general cleaning and very messy to empty and clean. When you dump it, the dirt and debris get into the filter area. There is a rubber brush that is supposed to sweep off dirt, but it really doesn't matter since both ...

Pretty good suction. Self-propel is good.

Power Brush Tool broke immediately. Messy/poorly designed dirt cup. Poor customer service.

It works, but the dust cup is awful

I also bought this vacuum cleaner at Costco, and I've had it all of 5 hours. It DOES work well, but I previously owned a Eureka Boss bagless (model 5860) [that suddenly cut out on me without warning at 2 1/2 years], and there is absolutely no...

Brush shut off for floor vacuuming, nice accessory hose

Messier than other bagless to empty, anemic brush accessory

Be aware - it's pretty good, but far from perfect!

I bought this Hoover (at Costco) based on reviews I'd read in several reputable sources. It truly does suck like crazy, even when I attach the extra 20' of accessory hose to vaccumm the stairs. However, just like the Hoover upright I was replacing,...

Extremely strong suction. Flashy glittery purple finish. Nice, easy-to-use 20

Awkward ergonomics. Dust cup plugs and fills too quickly
