Exceeded expectations

Machine comes with two heads, upholstery tool, and crevice tool. Longest cord ever! Controls on the handle, and HEPA filter works a treat. Like anything, it requires upkeep, so detailed instructions show how to clean turbine head, pre and post motor...

Effective, Efficient, quiet, long cord. Lots of accessories.

Requires regular cleaning. if you don't upkeep it, it will fail.

Terrible

I wish I had read this webiste about the LG vacuum cleaners, do not buy this product, put the money towards a Dyson. I paid $550.00 to the bloody thing only now to be sitting in my spare room collecting dust.

The one and only thing I liked about this product was the on/off controls are on the handle so no walking back to the base to switch on and off.

Where do I start, firstly I would not recommend this product to my worst enemy. It just does not pick up, it has a power spinning head thing and when you stop all the stuff that has been picked up falls back out and back onto the floor, you are then...
