I liked this. I haven't tried the window cleaning attachment. I found the brushes for the grout wore down pretty fast. I wanted it to clean my floors and that I am happy with.

Exceeded my expectation. Easy to use. Holds more than enough water for the whole house. Cleans better than any of the other steamers I have used. All hardwood floors.

Really does a great job. Kind of scares me to see how dirty my "clean" floors were. Fantastic way to sanitize bathrooms. Just pour a bit of bleach on the ceramic tiles and steam away. One wish, more floor pads with the package. Three would be ideal.
