This is a good product. Works well. Heats up fast. The cord is really long though, thats really the only thing I'd change. You do have to sweep before using it if your floor has crumbs on it. But as far as getting the floor clean, it does a great job...

we just got this two days ago and we love it. No cleaning solutions to buy, no refill pads to buy. We were using a swifter wet jet to mop our floors, and it was expensive. This is a better alternative and cleans much better.
