This took me less than two minutes to pop together and two more for the steam to start. I can't begin to say the difference this has made in my apartment. I love, love it. It is light weight but not flimzzy......great product...it really works.

I have never used a steam mop before and I just love it. It does the job and really cleans the floor. It is so much easier for me to use and I don't have to carry around the bucket of water. I would recommend this to everyone.

Love my shark steam mop it cleans my wood floors and kitchen tile flows wonderfully that it shines for day best purchase ever.... mop it easy to handle and easy to store.. i wash the pad by hand after each use and it is still white better than ringing...
