Nice Unit, However.......

This machine produces a very strong blast of nice cold air in AC mode. As cold and strong as any AC I have ever seen. Also, it runs until the room gets cool. Most window AC units and "through the wall" units stop cooling when the outside temp gets...

Strong air conditioner. Satisfactory heat pump

WA User Full Review of PH4-13R-01

I have lived in western Washington going on 30 years. Most people do not have air conditioning because the climate does not make it necessary. Puget Sound with its cool water temperature is large enough that it has a major effect on our temperatures....

Performance and Appearance are GREAT. Not a big ugly unit stuck in your window

Wish casters were larger to work on carpet better
