This product is not as good as I thought it was going to be. The cloth was a little difficult to keep on and hard to clean.

The steam mop works great. It is easy to move around ,it leaves no residue and it uses no detergent. I love it!

I was excited to get a steam cleaner after hearing good things about steam cleaners from a friend. the water fan out of the bottom while using. It did a nice cleaning job but I had to get bath towels out to sop up the water. I was very disappointed.
