I am very displeased with this vacuum. It is so loud and the connections are not tight and the lid for the dust bag does not close easily. It seems very cheaply made but the price was not cheap. I would return it if possible.

Use daily to keep the pet hair from our kitty cleaned throughout our apartment. It easily converted to use on furniture, and from floor to carpet. Quiet too. My husband works swing shift and it doesn't wake him while he is sleeping.

The hardwood floor attachment is rather large, as a result it is difficult to clean corners and smaller areas well without switching attachments.
