It was great for a while, but then the hepa filter got all clogged up and stopped working. It is impossible for the average person to fix or replace the filter because it is designed so badly, and repair centers are far and few between.

I had high hopes for this machine, but after about a year, things began to go wrong. The handle cap sheared off, the rotating filter clogged, and won't turn (this is a gimmick if I ever saw one!), and it is possible the dirtiest vacuum I've ever used....
