I've had this hoover for over 2 years now and has been used constantly dealing with dust to animal hair. It has performed well needing no new parts and has had no loss of suction power. For the price its very good. would reccomend

After purchasing it, it failed after vacuuming half of one flight of stairs. It worked then at minimum but made a "woofing" type of noise and with low power when selected more than half power (armature failure ?).
